At customer’s request for an additional cost:

Add Djay - $300 - 600 @ 4hrs - highly rec DJ prices higher.

In consideration of the potential for inclement weather, following terms shall apply:

1. Rain Occurring After Setup: If event setup has been completed and rain occurs, no refunds shall be issued.
2. Rescheduling Due to Rain After Setup: If the Client requests a rescheduled date after setup has been completed, the Client shall be responsible for payment of all setup and crew labor costs associated with both the original and the rescheduled event dates.
3. Rescheduling Due to Anticipated Rain Prior to Setup: If the Client elects to postpone the event prior to the commencement of setup due to anticipated rain, a mutually agreed upon rain date may be scheduled at no additional cost to the Client.
4. Weather-Related Safety: Screamin' Wheels and Blades reserves the right to delay, pause, or suspend activities at any time if weather conditions are deemed unsafe, including but not limited to: rain, lightning, high winds, or extreme temperatures. Such delays or suspensions shall not entitle the Client to a refund or reduction in fees.
5. Liability Disclaimer: Screamin' Wheels and Blades shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or additional costs incurred by the Client or event attendees due to weather-related delays, cancellations, or rescheduling.
